Sir

Apropos your advertisement published in the “Wild Times Of The Carribean ” dated 19 December 1820, I would like to apply for the post of Co-pirate in your ship. I truly believe that I have the relevant experience and temperament for the said post.

I have worked as an important member in the crew of “The Winking Lady”, the renowned pirate ship of Neverland for more than five years. In those years, I learnt the basic aspects of the pirate-community such as plundering, looting, and indulging in brawls besides other things. In addition, I developed my inherent skill in guiding the ship, operating the never-use-me compass, and acted as the substitute Captain when the “The Winking Lady” was stuck in typhoon Tiny.

After “The Winking Lady”, I joined “Mystic Martyr” as a Associate-Captain. This sojourn literally expanded my horizon to the end of Neverland. Along with Captain Martin Goosepimples, I managed a savage crew in addition to playing betting games. I was the Chief Canon Controller in the famous battle of Batterplies that ended in our side gaining a loot of over 25 gold caskets. Yet, this repertoire has left me with a burning desire to widen my capabilities. Black Pearl is not new to some of my former crewmates I “Mystic Martyr” are now in heaven only with her help. Hence, as the lone survivor of “Mystic Martyr”, I look forward to working on “Black Pearl” and exploring many more lands on her famous deck.

I look forward to discussing with you my qualifications for the job of the Co-pirate. In case you wish to contact me, you can send a mail to the address mentioned. ( I promise that the response to your letter would not take more than a month.)

Thank you

Yours sincerely
Xenophilius Longbottom
