Dear Ms. Shindo
I am a Fourth year Computer Graphics and animation student at the Kyoto University. I have always been keen on animation. The presentation presented by representatives of NHK Animation Studios has inspired me to apply for the Winter Animation internship at your company. Dedication and sincerity are a vital part of any successful enterprise, and I hope that I would be able to add such qualities to your enterprise.
I am a hard working, sincere person capable of working alone or working in a group. My leadership skill are time-tested, having worked as the Chairman of the Computer Symposium Committee, besides having been the Event Manager for a wide variety of events -from Computer Programming event to Web Design contests. I hope that my skills would add value to your projects and help me learn more about the Animation Industry.
From my first year at the college, I have been an active part of all the animation symposia held at the Kyoto university. In addition, I have also presented many papers at various Technical Fests both in Japan and abroad. My paper on '3D Modeling in Animation' , won the first place at the Tokyo National University Techno Fest 2007. I have the requisite experience in other aspects of animation, thus making me fully qualified for this internship. I worked as Sound Effects Manager in the movie “Seventh Heaven”, which won the best Animation Film in the Amateur Animation Contest held in Cincinnati.
I feel that I fulfill the qualifications required to the T. I am sure that I would be an asset to NHK Studios. I am ready to attend any interview at a mutually convenient time and place. In case you need to contact me at any time of the week, my number is 9334563211.I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you for your consideration.
Yours sincerely
Kumiko Nakshima
